Some of my favorite natural stress reducers!



2.) Practicing Mindfulness

3.) Sitting in the Sun (no music or anything just listening to the nature)

4.) Doing an enjoyable activity (Arts and crafts, cleaning, cooking,)

5.) Journaling (There is no perfect way to journal. SOMETIMES just taking a pen to paper and writing everything down that comes to mind does the trick).

6.) Exercise (Don't go overboard with this one, this can be a simple walk around the neighborhood, riding your bike or even swimming laps)

7.) Yoga

8.) Snuggle with your pets! (MY ALL TIME FAVORITE)

9.) Laughter (I love funny movies and YouTube videos)

10.) Limit Caffeine Intake



Life can be overwhelming at times and sometimes you feel the weight of the world all at once and it can throw you off balance. The above list is not to be performed all at once these are just some of the things, I find personally helpful.
